It's not that hard to complete the process of fitting a new battery. Please see the video below for instuctions on how to achieve this. Please note: There are a lot of fake JBL speakers out there, so if you have bought a "JBL" bluetooth speaker for a very cheap price, it may be fake. If that is the case, and the battery has failed, the tutorial video below probably won't be of much help. However, it will still provide a general guide to get you started.
Once the new battery is fitted successfully the speaker should be back to full performance. Reviews from people who have carried out this process report a high fix rate. What battery do I need for the charge 3? Same one?
Yes, I beleive this battery also works with the Charge 3, but do be sure to double check before buying as new sellers of this item may list similar, but not identical batteries. Thanks.
